Shipping policy

We generally ship via the method chosen by the customer.  We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days.  Any products requiring additional preparation or shipping time will be noted in the product description.  Additionally, we do not anticipate lost packages once they have been accepted by carriers - however please be aware that this is a possibility in a very small number of instances.  We will make every effort to locate or replace your package in the event it is lost but we request customers be patient and understand that many aspects of the shipping process are beyond our control.
